Returns & Refunds
All products purchased from Feroxouterwear.com have the option to be returned up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Ferox will provide a full refund in the form of the original payment, refunds may take 5-7 working days to process once the returned item is received.
Items must be in their original packaging, in new condition and still have the purchase labels attached.
The cost of the return postage falls on the customer, unless for a warranty claim then if the product is deemed to be faulty will be reimbursed by Ferox to the customer.
All items being returned to us from outside the UK must be marked as ‘goods returned under warranty’. Ferox will not accept custom charges incurred due to incorrectly labelled returns packages.
Please email Support@feroxclothing.com explaining your reason for your return which should include your order number.
